Terms & conditions

1. Information on 'how to enter' and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is open only to New Zealand residents aged over 18 years. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

4. One entry per purchase. Entries are online only and require a valid docket or invoice number.

5. Competition commences on 6th May 2012 and ends on 4th June 2012. There will be draw one prize at end of each week.

6. There are four prixes of a fortnightly mowing service with a maximum of 26 cuts over one year, with the maximum value of the prize limited to $1000.00 based on Jim’s Mowing’s standard pricing. The prize will be subject to a site inspection by Jim's Mowing and is only valid in the Auckland Council area. The prize can be gifted to someone else in the Auckland Council area. The area excludes the Hauraki Gulf Islands.

7. The prize draw will be held at 3pm each Sunday throughout the competition period.

8. The draw will take place at 10 Transport Place, East Tamaki, Auckland. 9. Winners will be notified by e-mail by 16th April 2012.

10. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

12. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury that is sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. The promoter collects the entrant's personal information in order to conduct the competition and to inform participants of future offers of goods or services. If participants do not wish to receive such offers, they should use the opt out clause on the entry form.
